Learn how to make delicious Keto Philly Cheesesteak Roll Ups. Easy recipe with step-by-step instructions.

  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

Scale

Here’s what you’ll need to whip up these tasty roll ups. Feel free to make some substitutions if you have different preferences or dietary needs.

  • 1 pound thinly sliced ribeye steak or your preferred cut of beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 8 large slices of deli-style roast beef (as the roll-up wrap)
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened

Substitution Suggestions:

  • If you’re not a fan of mushrooms, try zucchini slices for added texture.
  • Swap provolone with mozzarella for a milder taste.

Instructions

Follow these simple steps to create a meal that tastes like you’ve spent hours in the kitchen, when really, it’s ready in less than half an hour.

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms, and sauté until they are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Season the vegetables with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the thinly sliced ribeye steak. Cook until browned and cooked through, approximately 4-5 minutes.
  4. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  5. Lay out the roast beef slices on a flat surface. Spread a small amount of cream cheese on each slice.
  6. Place a slice of provolone cheese on top of the cream cheese. Add a few spoonfuls of the steak and vegetable mixture.
  7. Carefully roll up each slice, securing with a toothpick if necessary, and place them on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
